Corresponding LaTeX templates and Word templates can be found here. For Word template, please use the US letter version. The maximum paper length without extra charge is 6 pages. Three extra pages are allowed, and you will need to pay an overlength charge.



For accepted papers


  1. Use link https://edas.info/r26171 to register your paper for conference. One registration covers one paper. To register extra papers under an existing regular conference registration, choose "EPaper:Epaper" category. One may also register for the conference on this website without having a paper.

  3. On the top menu, select "My..." -> "My papers" and you paper(s) will be listed. On this page, there are links to "Registration", "Copyright", "final manuscript upload", and "Add and delete authors". Also on this page, click on the paper title, you can find review comments and may revise the paper taking into account these comments.

  5. Please make sure all authors are added in EDAS and the author list is consistent with that on the final manuscript. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference proceeding.

  7. Online copyright form can only be submitted after paper registration is done. Both registration and copyright are needed before uploading the final manuscript.

  9. The final manuscript should also be checked for IEEEXplore compatibility by IEEE PDF eXpress at http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/ (create an account with Conference ID 47961X).

  11. Upload your PDF eXpress approved final manuscript by *July 22, 2019*


All final submission in PDF must be compatible with IEEE Xplore. Submit your final paper to  IEEE PDF eXpress (create an account with Conference ID 47961X) for IEEE Xplore compatibility check and quality control.
